OcuGlass improves production, engineering, and website

Calumet, MI – OcuGlass, LLC, located in the Houghton County Airport Park, is undergoing upgrades and improvements to its production, engineering, and marketing. Because of these enhancements, the company has added six new jobs, bringing the total number of employees to 30. The plant is operating with (4) shift crews and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Peters, a member of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, toured Calumet Electronics, which manufactures world-class printed circuit boards for a range of industries including energy and power grid management, medical diagnostics, and aerospace and defense manufacturing.
