Annalina Van Hercke appointed as Marketing Coordinator

HOUGHTON, MI – June 13, 2024 –

MTEC SmartZone is proud to announce the hire of Annalina Van Hercke as their Marketing Coordinator. In this new role, Annalina will oversee promoting the MTECSZ brand and its programs. Design with our mission in mind, this position will help elevate the organization and increase the tools they offer for our clients.

Annalina is enthusiastic about joining the MTEC team, stating, “I am very excited to start my professional career in Houghton, Michigan. The MTEC SmartZone team brings years of experience and expertise, and I cannot wait to grow in this position.”

The Colorado native recently graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Sports Management. Annalina is a passionate new professional with mature experience in the digital marketing world. She has a proven track record in marketing and digital media with over two years of managing social media and marketing initiatives with Concordia University Wisconsin Athletics and the Janesville Jets (NAHL).

Outside of the office, Annalina is an outdoor enthusiast. Growing up in Colorado she is no stranger to the snow, spending her winters on the ski hill or in the ice arena. During the summer she is a passionate hiker who is slowly checking off all the U.S. National Parks. She was also a student-athlete at CUW, playing five seasons of NCAA Division III Ice Hockey.

Annalina will bring vibrant energy and a fresh, youthful perspective to the team. The team is excited to welcome her onboard and contribute to the continued success of MTEC SmartZone.
