have kindled a long-term relationship since the SmartZone was formed in 2003. The majority of companies that have established in the SmartZone are by Michigan Tech alumni and SmartZone programs integrate Michigan Tech students as both entrepreneurial clients and as well as service providers.
Still, many students are unaware of the SmartZone so a recent promotion to give away an Apple laptop, an iPod and two iPod Shuffle audio players successfully garnered students’ attention. |
